MAC? -- If you are using a Mac, you may not have windows media player installed.  We suggest going to: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/software/macintosh/osx/default.aspx to download the proper version.   Hopefully that helps.  Please email us with feedback regarding whether this worked.

BROADCAST FADING IN AND OUT? -- If the broadcast is fading in and out, please email us (or send an IM to dunkin9999) to let us know.  If everyone is having the same problem, the problem is internet traffic.  If it is just you having trouble, chances are it is your connection.  Sorry we're not more technically advanced to solve the problem.  Our only suggestion is to close out all other internet connections (i.e., web pages, internet music, etc.) to open up some bandwidth.

NO SOUND AT ALL -- Check to make sure that you have the windows media player installed.  Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/9series/player.aspx to download the latest player.  If you have downloaded the player, you should see some game information (i.e., "Occidental v. Caltech") in the player.  If you see this and still have no sound, check to make sure your speakers work, that the volume is up or any other practical solution.  If that doesn't work, to quote Adm. Stockdale in the 92 debate, "I'm about out of ammo here."
